1. Visit an art gallery
Santiago has many places dedicated to art; these 5 art galleries are my personal recommendations.
2. Take a city tour
Santiago is a small city that can be explored quite quickly, but there are free tours of Santiago de Compostela where you can stroll through the historic centre with a guide who will share interesting information about each place.
3. Go karting
There are no karting tracks in Compostela, but if you don’t mind travelling a bit, there are several karting circuits near Santiago.
4. Take a hike in Pedroso
Pedroso is a hill to the northeast of the city, offering many routes, paths, and parks, all open and free of charge. More information about Monte Pedroso.
5. Go out for a drink in Santiago
The classic that never fails! Compostela is the perfect place to go out for a drink, especially in summer when it’s not raining!
6. Go clubbing

7. Visit a shopping centre
It might not be my favourite activity, but I’m not judging; visiting a shopping centre can be a good plan if it’s raining or too hot.
